Bash - Gibil is a dev tool for on-demand VM

Setup a box on demand and run your agent on it remotely — AI agents sometimes need a real VM with discoverable filesystem, bash, Docker, the usual. I built a dev tool so spinning one up and killing it can be easily automated, even by someone who doesn't know much about infra.
